At Go Green Packaging, we are committed to sourcing materials in a way that supports environmental responsibility, ethical labor practices, and long-term supply chain resilience. As a packaging provider focused on reducing the environmental impact of food packaging, our sourcing decisions play a critical role in our ability to deliver on our mission.

Our Commitments

1. Renewable Materials

a. We prioritize the use of renewable and responsibly managed materials, especially in our fiber-based tray formats. Where applicable, we aim to source from suppliers that adhere to credible certification standards such as FSC®, SFI®, or PEFC®.

2.Recycled Content

a. We seek to maximize the use of post-consumer and post-industrial recycled content in both plastic and paper-based products, while maintaining the performance and food safety standards expected by our customers.

3.Ethical Labor Practices

a. We expect all suppliers to comply with applicable labor laws and to uphold ethical business practices, including prohibitions against forced labor, child labor, and unsafe working conditions

4.Transparency

a. We engage with suppliers who are willing to provide material traceability and environmental data, to support customer reporting and compliance with emerging packaging regulations.

5.Continuous Improvement

a. We work collaboratively with suppliers to reduce the environmental footprint of our inputs, from raw material extraction through to end-of-life performance.
